Exciting new workshop focusing on Recovery Planning and Relapse Prevention!

This workshop is designed to take your recovery to the next level, by teaching you tools, techniques, and practices to deepen and anchor your personal process. 

The workshop includes information, process, activities, and groups focusing on:

  • Recovery planning

  • Daily, weekly and monthly planning and scheduling

  • Habit, mood, and sleep tracking

  • Understanding and managing triggers and urges

  • CBT and DBT tools for managing recovery

  • And more!!!

The cost of the weekend workshop is R2,750/person.
This includes:

  • a great weekend of workshopping with professional, experienced recovery coach and addiction counsellors.

  • Printed workbook.

  • Group information and process sessions.

  • Lunch on Saturday.

  • Catered refreshment breaks!

Recovery Planning Sessions

Spend time developing a holistic recovery plan! Whether you are in early recovery, or want to recommit to a more structured recovery plan.

The workshop will cover approaches to recovery planning, as well as general planning and tracking techniques.

Relapse Prevention Sessions

Include practical tools and methods in your recovery plan to deepen and anchor your recovery, and avoid relapse. By focusing on where you want to go in your recovery, you build a strong, forward-focused plan in terms of recovery and relapse prevention.

Build Connection and Community

Connect with others in recovery in a relaxed, adult education space. Community and connection are a cornerstone of recovery and play an important role in ongoing recovery and wellness. This workshop is an opportunity to create both.

Meet Your Facilitators!

Leigh-Anne Brierley

Leigh-Anne is a master recovery coach who has worked in substance use, addiction and mental health since 2014. She has worked in the formal rehab facility since 2014 when she made the move from education, and has 16 years of lived recovery experience.

Leigh-Anne has managed both inpatient and outpatient programmes at a registered treatment centre, as well as training coaches in the area of recovery.

She has a passion for supporting people in their recovery process.

Brendon le Roux

Brendon is an experienced addiction counsellor who has worked extensively in the area of addiction and recovery over the past 6 years, and has 8 years of lived experience in recovery in inpatient and outpatient settings. He has worked as a 12-step sponsor for many years, and has a vast understanding of the steps and their value in a recovery process.

Brendon brings a fun, enthusiastic approach to recovery work and is engaging, informed and incredibly supportive in his work with individuals and groups in recovery.
