U-ACT OFFERS A LIVE 3-DAY INTENSIVE CERTIFIED RECOVERY COACH TRAINING PROGRAMME, with 8 weeks of online classes following the live training.

The training is an experiential approach to giving coaches the skills, tools, and methodologies to support and empower those impacted by substance use and addiction disorders.

U-ACT offers a solutions-based coaching approach, by helping our clients move forward from a position of empowerment. By learning skills and tools, coaches can support sustainable recovery and wellness and work with clients around their needs, wants and values; creating a recovery plan that is individualised and realistic.

What does the training include? ✔️ Three-day live intensive workshop ✔️ Eight weeks of online classes ✔️ Access to our U-ACT CPRC online e-learning platform ✔️ Weekly integration and coaching calls ✔️ Practical coaching experience ✔️Downloadable manual, videos and pdfs ✔️Access to U-ACT's Workplace platform ✔️Ongoing support, supervision and professional development ✔️Certification and accreditation opportunities

The intensive workshop focuses on: ✔️ Coaching tools, methods & techniques ✔️ Understanding addiction & substance use disorders ✔️ Getting clear on the role of a recovery coach in relation to other professionals ✔️ Coaching processes & practices ✔️ The Integrated Systemic Coaching Model ✔️ The ethics and professional responsibilities of recovery coaches ✔️ Professional development and ongoing education
