The group is facilitated live at The Foundation Clinic in Johannesburg and online. The online programme runs for four weeks, with three 90-minute online classes. We are having to be flexible at the moment around the live groups because of COVID-19 cases or reports in the area, but you will be supported in your personal recovery process in a forward-focused and empowering way!

The group coaching is supported by six individual coaching sessions to support your growth and development. These will be arranged at times that are suitable for you.
